He is an expert in corporate finance, FP&A set-up, and forecasting, and has built a reputation for turning complex financial functions into clear, board&investor-ready systems.

At incro, Matt drives company growth while designing the analytical frameworks and solutions that define how the firm delivers transformation — including co-creating CFO Studio, incro's AI-powered financial analysis platform.

He holds a degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and is the author of Methods and Procedures in the Assessment of Capital Investments (Difin, 2023), a rigorous framework for evaluating investment profitability, now used as an academic reference. Matt was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Poland list in 2025.

Michał co-founded incro in 2023. Since then, incro has delivered financial function transformations for 70+ clients across SaaS, software houses, service businesses, and e-commerce. He is an expert in investor-ready finance, financial infrastructure for fast-growing tech companies, and exit preparation.

At incro, Michał leads client relationships and business development, working closely with founders and investors navigating growth, fundraising, and exit.

He holds a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and is certified as a Candidate for Supervisory Board Member in State Treasury companies. Prior to co-founding incro, he served as Director Finance and External CFO across multiple industries, including apparel, CNC metal processing, and heavy steel construction.

Żaneta joined incro in 2024. Since then, she has led approximately 60 financial function transformations for clients across SaaS, software houses, service businesses, e-commerce, etc. She is an expert in implementation management, team leadership, and solution design.

From the start, she has served as a Manager on the implementation team, where she is primarily responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, leading project teams, and designing tailored financial solutions for clients.

She holds a degree from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie and is a CFA Charterholder. Prior to joining incro, she served at EY's Due Diligence team, where she progressed from Associate to Manager level.

Anna joined incro in 2026. Since then, she has been building her portfolio of financial function transformations for clients across i.a. SaaS, software houses, and professional services businesses. She is an expert in financial analysis, transaction advisory, and team management.

From the start, she has held a Manager role within the implementation team, with core responsibilities spanning full-cycle project ownership, cross-functional team leadership, and crafting financial solutions tailored to each client's needs.

She holds a degree from Wrocław University of Economics and Business (ACCA specialisation) and holds the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting. Prior to joining incro, she served as Manager at EY Parthenon's Transaction Diligence team, with earlier experience at McKinsey & Company and PwC.

Mateusz joined Incro in 2024. Since then, he has been involved in approximately 30 projects focused on organizing and structuring finances for clients across SaaS, software houses, service businesses, e-commerce, and other industries. He is an expert in financial solution design, financial modeling, and financial data analysis. From the start, he has served as a Financial Controller, where he is primarily responsible for the conceptual development of financial solutions for clients, building financial reports in spreadsheets and Power BI, and overseeing the ongoing quality control of accounting and financial data.

He holds a degree in Finance and Accounting with a specialization in Financial Analytics from the University of Economics in Katowice. Prior to joining Incro, he gained experience working in accounting and as a Senior in the Financial Due Diligence team at EY.

Sabina joined incro in 2025. Since then, she has been building her portfolio of projects focused on organizing and structuring finances for clients across SaaS, software houses, service businesses, and other industries. She is an expert in financial solution design, financial modeling, and management reporting.

From the start, she has served as a Financial Controller where she is primarily responsible for designing tailored financial solutions for clients, building financial reports in Excel, and ensuring the ongoing quality of accounting and financial data.

She holds a degree in Finance and Accounting (specialization in Financial Analytics) from the University of Economics in Katowice. Prior to joining incro, she served as a Senior Consultant at EY's Transaction Due Diligence team, with earlier experience in audit at EY and GL accounting at Capgemini.

Emiliana joined incro in 2026. Since then, she has been building her portfolio of projects focused on organizing and structuring finances for clients across SaaS, software houses, and professional services businesses. She is an expert in financial analysis, financial modeling, and solution design.

From the start, she has served as a Financial Controller within the implementation team, where she is primarily responsible for designing and delivering tailored financial solutions for clients, building financial dashboards in Power BI, and supporting clients through ongoing operation engagements.

She holds a degree in Accounting and Controlling from University of Economics in Krakow. Prior to joining incro, she served as a Senior Consultant at EY's Due Diligence team.

Iwona joined incro in 2023. Since then, she has participated in 70 finance process transformations for clients across SaaS, software houses, and service businesses. She is an expert in financial data visualization, BI development, and systems integration.

From the start, she has served as a Financial Analyst on the implementation team, where she is primarily responsible for building PowerBI reports and dashboards, connecting financial systems via API integrations, and working with SQL databases to deliver reliable reporting solutions.

She holds a degree in Financial Analytics from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach.

Jakub joined incro in 2026. Since then, he has led the development of CFO Studio, incro’s core financial platform, while contributing to ETL pipelines and dashboard solutions across multiple projects. He is an expert in AI solutions developer, data integration, and business intelligence solutions.

He holds a degree in Computer Science from Wrocław University of Sience and Technology. Prior to joining incro, he worked on the development of web applications, data platforms, and business intelligence solutions.

Marcel joined incro in 2026. Since then, he has been building his portfolio of projects focused on organizing and structuring sales functions for clients. He is an expert in B2B sales, sales structure design, and applied AI in commercial operations. From the start, he has served as an Account Representative within the implementation team, where he is primarily responsible for owning client relationships end-to-end, designing tailored sales structures, and leading the integration of AI solutions into client sales processes.

He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Wrocław University of Economics. Prior to joining incro, he served as an Account Representative, where he built deep expertise in managing complex B2B accounts.
