Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy is an attachment to the Privacy Policy and forms an integral part of it. It explains what cookies and similar technologies are, how we use them on our website at incro.io (“Website”), what information we collect through them, and how you can manage your preferences.
This Policy is issued by incro sp. z o.o. (registered office: Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw, Poland; KRS: 0000843341; NIP: 5252824200; share capital: PLN 42,100.00; email: hello@incro.io; the “Company,” “we,” or “us”).
On our Website, we use internet tags such as cookies and local storage files to collect and process data in order to deliver our services, personalize content, analyze traffic, and — where you have given consent — to deliver marketing communications. This technology is also used by our trusted partners (processors) listed below. By using the Website and accepting the cookie banner, you agree to our use of cookies and similar technologies as described in this Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files containing IT data that are saved on your terminal equipment (your computer, tablet, smartphone, or other device) when you visit a website. They are sent by the browser to the server each time the browser connects to a given device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their lifetime, a unique identifier used to recognize the browser, and other necessary data.
In this Policy, references to “cookies” also apply to other similar technologies described below.
2. Other technologies similar to cookies
To ensure the smooth functioning of the Website, we also use technologies such as local storage, which stores data in a dedicated part of the browser’s memory while you use our services. Access to local storage data can only be obtained by the website from which the data has been saved. Data in local storage is retained by the browser after it is closed.
We may also use pixels (small image files used to measure how marketing emails or pages are opened or interacted with) and tags embedded in pages or scripts.
3. Why do we use cookies and similar technologies?
We use cookies and similar technologies in order to:
- ensure the Website functions correctly, securely, and is faster and easier to use,
- remember your settings and choices (for example, your cookie preferences),
- better match the content available on the Website to your expectations and interests,
- collect aggregated statistics that help us understand how visitors use our services and improve their functionality and content,
- manage marketing and lead generation activities related to our consulting services and CFO Studio,
- deliver — only with your consent — marketing and advertising content that may be relevant to you on the Website and on third-party platforms.
4. Types of cookies we use
We use both first-party cookies (set by incro.io directly) and third-party cookies (set by our service providers and partners listed in section 5). Cookies on our Website fall into the following categories:
Strictly necessary
Necessary cookies are crucial for the basic functions of the Website. The Website will not work as intended without them. These cookies do not require your consent and cannot be disabled through the cookie banner. They do not store any personally identifiable data beyond what is needed for the Website to function.
This category includes cookies set by our consent management platform (to remember your cookie preferences), session cookies, and cookies needed for security.
Functional
Functional cookies enable the Website to remember choices you have made (such as language or display preferences) and provide enhanced, personalized features. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose features we have added to the Website.
This category may include cookies set by social plugins (where present) that use cookies set by the operators of the relevant social networks.
Analytics and performance
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Website by collecting and reporting information such as the number of visitors, traffic sources, pages visited, and time spent. We use this information to improve the Website’s performance and content.
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) for this purpose. We do not collect demographic data through Google Analytics, and IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage. Google Analytics is loaded only after you give consent through the cookie banner.
Marketing and advertising
Marketing cookies are used to deliver content and advertising that may be relevant to you, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and to limit how often you see the same content. They may track activity across websites and devices.
We use marketing cookies in connection with HubSpot (for managing contact requests, newsletter sign-ups, lead magnet delivery, event registrations, and CFO Studio inquiries originating from the Website). These cookies are loaded only after you give consent through the cookie banner. We also use LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn campaigns and reach professional audiences in our target segments.
Embedded content
Where we embed audio or video content (for example, YouTube recordings on the Website), cookies from the relevant provider may be loaded only when you play the content.
5. Service providers and processors
The following service providers may set cookies or similar technologies through our Website:
Where a provider is established outside the European Economic Area, personal data transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable. For details on how we process personal data more generally, see the Privacy Policy.
6. Consent and legal basis
- Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in ensuring the Website functions correctly and securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and applicable provisions of the Polish Telecommunications Law / ePrivacy rules permitting strictly necessary storage.
- All other cookies — functional, analytics, marketing, and embedded content — are used only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed through the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 7); withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Managing your cookie preferences
